i just put some money into my savings account for my next one. I'm super duper excited...

I have thought about getting a small tattoo over the years, but I am not a big fan of needles, so I don't know if I'll ever go through with it.

I just got my second tat back in September of last year. Luv it!

I've wanted one for years but am so needle-phobic that I can't bring myself to do it.

I'm scared to death of needles, but i have 6 tattoos, it's two completely different type of needles, it really just looks like a pin, it's not that bad.

What's the best non-obvious spot to put one for someone who really, really, really doesn't like pain?

I am about ready to add to mine. The additions shouldn't hurt very much as they are small.

I would think the shoulder area wouldnt be too bad. Don't know personally though.

I can tell you where NOT to get if you don't like pain!

how about on your hip? or your shoulder... neither of those hurt me at all, it was more annoying than anything...

how about your heel?

maybe the forehead?

I've thought about shoulder blade, but wasn't sure since there's not much meat there. Hip? I just can't really see me dropped my pants in a room full of strangers. For a couple of hours. I'm not terribly modest, but that's a bit much even for me. Besides...a good friend (who does have tats) told me to make sure and never put one anywhere that will stretch with weight gain. Pregnancy did *NO* favors for the wreath around her belly button.

OK - you made me laugh. I also believe that age will affect many of the tats described above. Sorry, but I just don't see a need for me <and I said ME> to get one. There is nothing I want permanently placed on my body. My husband, on the other hand, did get one several years ago on his calf. He is also in banking, but said all he had to do to hide is was to wear pants.

On the hip, i didn't have to drop my pants, just pull that one side down, i told him i wasn't comfy with taking them off or even halfway so he just had me pull it down on one side...

the area around your shoulder blade could end up more mid-waist once you get to be my age..........

Ok how about on your foot, people say it hurts, but it really doesn't....
