Does anyone have any suggestions or revised guidelines regarding when to sell or retain mortgages? With the current economic environment i'd like to know how it has changed the level of risk your institution is willing to take.

I would first check the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae websites to first see if they are salable. As for risk we did not change due to the sale the guidelines are rather vague but we are very conservative on our loan approvals.
