FBH - just find any local candy shop where they make things right on the premises, and they should have hollow chocolate eggs.

I received an interesting Easter gift from a friend. It's a Palmer QUAX (The Yummy Ducky) hollow milk-flavored candy duck. It looks like a rubber ducky you'd float in the bathtub. HOWEVER, it's 270 calories and 15 grams of fat (14 grams being of the saturated nature). It's cute, but I don't think I'll eat it.

My Mom has always made chocolate covered peanut butter eggs for Easter. The past few years my daughter has been helping her and learning the process so the tradition will continue. I don't eat Easter candy anymore, but I will likely have to have one of these home made treats.
