Do the same type-size restrictions apply to deposit agreements / disclosures, that apply to advertising?

What type size restriction in deposit advertising are you referring too? Are you talking about the APY being more or equally conspicuous?

That may be a state law issue. I do no know your state but NJ and CA has Font size regs.

Reg Z has an 8-point restriction that I've seen I think for credit card apps. (I haven't looked it up in awhile.) Otherwise many restrictions are clear and conspicuous, and at least equal to another rate, etc. Few times in the fed regs is there a size required.

The new credit card rules (7/10) have a purchase APR requirement of 16-point.
