I have been reviewing Reg D so long now, I am confusing myself. Can someone please tell me on Money Market accounts when a purchase hits the account as a "POP" (Point-of-Purchase) does it count towards a check (which 3 are allowed) or as an ACH transaction (which 6 are allowed)? Thanks for any help.

If the item originated as a check, I am including in the 3 "bucket". We can usually distinguish because the item includes the check number.
