Are we required to give checking account customers the option of having their checks returned with their monthly statements or can we tell them that they can no longer receive their checks?

I agree with John. I would guess that most states allow you the choice, however, but look for pecularities. Texas law as an example requires that we provide at least two fee items or item copies per statement cycle.
