Current regulation shows exemptions from appraisal requirements as:

1. When transaction as a value of $250,000 or less; or
2. Renewal Exemption....; or
3. Is a business Loans of $1,000,000 or less, and the transaction is not dependent on the sale of, or rental income derived from, real estate as the primary source of repayment;

I was wondering if other banks require appraisals on loans between $250,000 and $1,000,000 secured by agricultural real estate?
