We are an OCC regulated bank. We offer online banking and have "Member FDIC" included on our website. On the registration page (which does not specifically mention deposit products) for our online banking, it simply states: "FDIC" in bold letters, the word "member" is not present, nor is a corporate sign/symbol present. Is it okay to leave this like this, or should we correct it to state "Member FDIC" or just remove it all together? There are charges assess by our internet service provider for any change we make to our website, so if its not required to be changed, we may choose not to change it. Just wanting some feedback on this.

I would be consistent with "Member FDIC". Don't use the logo, if it is too small and unclear, if could be identified as a finding (been there, done that). Make sure that the logo is not present on pages discussing NDIPs and that the appropriate NDIP disclosures are included.
