Trying to confirm my understanding of the HERA revisions. The nine month prohibition for sale, foreclosure or seizure if secured by mortgage, does that apply only to credit obligations prior to their military service? Does this apply only to borrowers who have invoked their SCRA privileges, or areall servicemembers covered? Lastly, do we need to have them invoke their SCRA privileges to be technically in compliance?

The limitation on foreclosures is limited to pre-service obligations. You can read it here:

Mortgages and Trust Deeds

All servicemembers are covered. It doesn't require an affirmative invocation of rights like the 6% cap does.
