Does anyone have information on the Government Lists, if/when/how they are coming, for purposes of Customer Identification checks..

As of now we are checking the OFAC list through the OFAC website or pulling it off of our credit bureau's which include an OFAC check. I have read some literature that states that there is a compilation of all of the terrorist lists happening right now and it will be in effect by the end of the year. We are going to wait and see when it comes out and then change our procedures according to that.

We were assured that when any 326 lists come out, we'll know precisely that they are 326 lists and are for CIP.
