I'll post it when I get home, I don't make it enough to remember all the details.

Thomas, I love your receipe and even though I won't be able to eat Bagweaver's Pecan Cobbler, you can bet I will make it for our friends. My doctor put me on the No Flour and No Sugar diet. Does anyone have any receipes without using those ingredients that they wuld like to share?

As far as sweets go, I like to grill pineapple and dip in in coconut milk before it goes on the (super hot) grill. Even better after it has been cooked and cooled, and there is a slight bit of partially solidified coconut milk clinging onto the pineapple.

Grilled pineapple dipped in coconut milk - sounds great. I've grilled the pineapple before but have not used the coconut milk - next time!!!

I had never thought of it before but I saw it on Primal Grill w/Steven Reichland (sp?) and he explained it's a common street food in Thailand. Though his version was dipped in a spiced sugar before grilling that really doesn't work so well with my diet so I eliminated that. But it was really good!
