I have a situation where an endorser for a company took out $16,000 in cash. The branch did not complete the CTR completely so when we asked for the information--the customer said that they do not have a SSN. How do I complete the CTR? I have never had this situation before, I am sorry if this is an easy one!

Nevermind...I found it on the IRS.gov where it says write "NONE". I guess I just thought it would be a bit more complicated. Sorry!

No, they don't have anything except the Matricula Consular which is something I researched that I do not feel comfortable at all with, even though we accept it as a form of ID at our institution for CIP purposes.
