Yes. If it is done by a lawyer who knows what he is doing, the trust will specifically mention the POA and the POA will specifically mentionthe trust.

Thank you. What if the Trust does not mention a POA can the Grantor/Trustee name a POA after the Trust has been created?

Without specific authorization from the Trust, the Trustee cannot delegate authority to an attorney in fact or other similar agent.
