WE have just ordered rate boards and brochure racks for our NDIP products. Many of our branches are very small so there will not be a "separate" investment area. Also, because of the size of the branches chances are the NDIP rate board will be visible from the bank new accounts and teller line. When it be permissible to set a corner aside for this rack and are there any rate board requirements such as those for Reg DD. ?

From what I have read the Reg H, it appears the standard disclaimers (not FDIC inusrued e.g) should be on the board and the board separate from the deposit area as space requires...or at least an overhead sign designating the area where the display rack will be located. As for rates I have not seen any guidance on what is required for additional information.
