I am going to audit withdrawn declined files on a quarterly basis but I do not have a program that deals with this only. The lending audits have always reviewed them when other areas are looked at.

If anyone has a program I could use please pm me.

Have you looked at what your regulator uses? Are you just wanting workpapers?

I used Reg B and Z, which included FCRA for the denials.

Depending on the purpose HMDA (or FHHLDS for NBs) may also be reviewed, RESPA, and don't forget FCRA. Depends on how far in the process the app went.
