These are major changes - hard to summarize. I will be presenting a webinar on Thursday (6/18) on the MDIA and TIL changes effective 10/1/09. The next week (6/24), I'll be conducting a webinar on the RESPA changes.

You can. There are options to purchase a CD ROM of it when you click on the link.

I believe you can after it is "uploaded". Check with those websites I posted for details. The other great thing about the webinars is you don't have to attend them live. You can watch the webinar an unlimited amount of times for 30 days following the day they are conducted, so this still may be a great option for you. Again, go to the links I provided, or contact BOL for more info.
