Does anyone Farkle? Addicting, isn't it??? I've trimed my FB farming way back and have explored other activities. Schrab Solitare is fun, too. I'm beginning to like it more than Farkle.

I play both Farkle and Farmtown on FB. Too much fun. I end up spending way too much time on FB just because of these 2 applications.
MC- Farkle is a dice game in which the roller trys to get the highest amounts of points. Only 1's and 5's score by themselves, all other number have to be in 3's or more. Really fun!!!!

I've been playing the solitare game more lately. It's not as nerve racking to me as Farkle. I hate it when you Farkle on your first roll of the turn.

Farkle is a lot of fun. Yep, it's a dice game where you try to rack up a bunch of points. You can get greedy though and end up with no points on a turn depending on how you roll. I think "farkle" is what it's called when you bomb out on your turn.
Take them up on the invite! Sounds liek it will be fun!

I LOVE farkle! Started playing with some friends a couple of years ago and taught my son how to play it. He's almost twelve. I have him keep track of our points, so not only is it fun, but he doesn't realize he's doing math problems in the process! We play it pretty frequently.
Another game we like to play is Apples to Apples. It's a hoot!

Could you briefly explain Apples to Apples?

That's the way it had gotten with me and Farm Town. I've backed off of that one a lot. I don't grow a lot of crops any more. I'm expanding into the horse/cow/llama/tree business. I don't know what my roosters on Farm Town have been eating, but they all walk backwards! It's like they're moon walking.

Could you briefly explain Apples to Apples? I played thsi for the first tiem thsi weekend with some friends and it was so much fun, I want to buy it for myself. Everyone has 7 cards that I think are all nouns (people, places, things, activities, etc). Then each person takes a turn being the judge. the judge picks an adjective card and lays it down, then everyone else has to pick one of thier cards that best fit the adj card. They lay them face down and then the judge picks the one that he thinks matches the best. Sometimes it's realyl funny. When I was the jusge I got to make up an adj, so I picked "ninja" (yes, it can be used as an adj). The noun that won was body odor!!! Reason being, bo can be stealth...creeps up on you slowly and then POW! You're attacked by an awful smell!

The key is to get her addicted to farm town. It worked for me I've tried! She says she won't try one of those games because she knows she'll get sucked in... Luckily with Mafia Wars I'm at a point in the game where I only need to play it at night for like an hour (+/-). Just enough time to get rid of all energy and stamina =)

Can you get these games at Wal-Mart? My husband's family loves to get together and play games.
Pretty sure you can get apples to apples there. Farkle just needs 6 dice. I don't knwo all the rules but I bet they are online... http://www.smartboxdesign.com/farklerules.html
