Is there any reg that prohibits reporting delinquencies (30, 60, 90 days past dues) on the guarantor's credit. If so please direct me to the "black and white".

It's been a while, but I seem to remember that there was a specific code that you used when you sent these to the credit bureau so it would signify a co-signed or guaranteed loan. From a regulatory standpoint, I can think of no reason not to report them.
