For a change, I'm using the Interbank Liabilities procedures provided by Texas Dept. of Banking instead of Fed (OCC) guidelines (don't ask me why). The "new" guidance uses the terms "agency relationships/agreements" and "eligible investors."

To exactly what do these terms refer?

I'll answer - but you won't like it! smile I really don't know what that's refering to. My best advice would be to call the State Banking Department, or maybe Scott Daughtry at the TBA.
