I have been researching on line, Indiana High Cost Loans.

Can anyone tell me if the Points and Fee Test has changed from the 5%/6% threshold?

Also, is there an annual date of review that the POints and Fee Test or the Rate Test can or is revised.

Any fees that are revised under the IC are done so on July 1 of even calendar years. The next revision is not due until 7/01/10.

I do not believe HB 1229 called for the percentage thresholds to be revised under 750 IAC, only the dollar amount of the loan.
