Can anyone shed some light on the State of Illinois Policy Fee which Title Companies are charging. It also appears on some HUD 1's as Document Processing Fee and Electronic Delivery Service Fee. These Title Company charges vary betweeen $3.00 - $15.00. These charges apparently came about through legislation signed in early summer of this year.
