Hi all. I have a much needed vacation coming next week, but mentally I feel like I've already gone- and it's only Tuesday!

I have a question on proper completion of a CTR for the following situation:

Jane Doe brings in $18,000 cash and deposits $16,000 to XYZ Company's account, $500 to Jane/John Doe's personal account, and $1,500 to ABC Church account. The same day, John Doe brings in $13,000 cash and deposits all to XYZ Company's account.

I'm thinking the CTR should look like this:

Section A for: XYZ Company, Jane Doe, John Doe, ABC Church
Section B for: Jane Doe, John Doe

Opinions?

Wow...CTRs can get rather convoluted when people make transactions to numerous accounts with different owners all in one visit to the bank! Seems like it adds very little beneficial information to law enforcement when there are 6 or 7 different Section A's.
