I had to watch it a couple of times to see the snub, but BO does the "psych!" hand shake where he offers his hand then pulls it back and smooths his hair. It's really funny stuff, and the Reds a visibly upset. I think one of them was getting ready to smack Obama down with a bottle of vodka.

For those who cannot see the vid, the Russians just snubbed Obama, like three or four guys right in a row where Obama puts his hand out to shake and none of them reached for his hand, but they did shake the hand of the guy behind him.

but this isn't the video of the Prez and someone walking down a line of diplomats and the Prez is introducing each one and highlighting each with his hand for the Soviet guy.....
