We are taking 1 parcel of property with 2 buildings and 2 addresses. Property is not in a flood zone. Can we get by with 1 flood determination?

Hurry Please..... Loan to close this afternoon.

Yes, but you must list each building. See (2) Instructions for Using the SFHDF on page 38 of the Mandatory Purchase Guidelines.
