The new rules specifically state that the HUD must list each buyer's and seller's name and address, even if that means using supplemental pages.

I don't see similar instructions regarding the GFE. If there are more than two borrowers or they live at different addresses, does all that information need to be shown at the top of the GFE? Is it adequate to just put the primary borrower's name on the form?

And what about copies of the GFE? Is there any requirement to provide each borrower with their own copy? Today, we provide one copy of the GFE to the applicant(s), whether he/she/they apply in person or we have to mail it. Is that adequate under the new rules?
