We had a guy come in the lobby to cash a check with his pet snake wrapped around his neck. It was summer time and he didn't want to leave it in his hot car. He was escorted out by our president and he didn't seem to understand what the problem was.

We had a lady come in on Halloween, dressed in a VERY form fitting cat costume - I think everyone found an excuse to come to the lobby to a look.

I was checking abandoned property and found a t shirt with red stain on it. I was informed by the branch manager that the shirt was abandoned as it was found in the A/C unit after a mechanic was killed by the compressor.

Back in my CSR days, the alcoholic customer who pulled down her pants at my desk to prove she was a "real" redhead. and what did you do???? I think my expression looked a bit like your emoticom. I tried to avert my eyes as quickly as possible, but not before being able to confirm her claim. You mean to tell me this isn't part of your bank's CIP?

Once had an older gentleman fall asleep on the sofa in the lobby. He was wearing shorts and kinda of slouched backwards, causing his shorts to ride up and reveal his…uh…participle. The female employees were all abuzz about the flasher in the lobby. They got Diana to go over and wake up the poor guy. LOLoaf @ "participle"

A brick of pot on the seat of the car next to the driver at the drive up window.
I remember several years ago a comment like this in the business threads was pulled over into one of BOL's competitors opining that the sort of bankers who utilized BOL would know such questionable information.

It puts a more intimate spin on KYC.

I mean I see people bring their pet dogs in all the time, so the snake was his pet, so unless there is a sign posted no shoes/ no shirt/ no pets. I don't see the big hub-bub.

This was before I was in banking, but I worked for a now defunct home improvement store when I was 16. A co-worker saw a kid running around the lumber area and for whatever reason asked if he was my son. The kid was around 7 or 8 and I was 16. You do the math! GD, this reminds me of a time right after I got married. I was 21 and my husband was 20 at the time. I had graduated from college and was working at a local bank, and he was in his last year. We were at the deli counter of the local Kroger. A friend of ours worked there, also a college student. One of the other deli workers thought that I was my husband's MOTHER! Good grief. Sorry for the semi-hijack.
