We are expecting IT examiners next month and I am not sure how to answer the following question:

Has the bank identified and reported its service provider relationships (both domestic and foreign-based) to the FDIC (Y/N)? [“Notification of Performance of Bank Services” FDIC Rules and Regulations 304.3 and 12USC1867 Section 7(c)(2) Bank Service Company Act (BCSA)]

What would fall into this category? We have OLB that is outsourced - what about credit bureuas?

I did not report the credit bureaus. I only reported our outsourcing vendors for Branch Capture, Internet Banking, Merchant Capture, and Payroll. Our core processing is handled in-house.
