When filing CTRs electronically; does the hardcopy of the FORM 104 created to review the transaction for accuracy and for recordkeeping need to be signed by the approving official noted in Item 44 and dated with the date of the approval, or is the digital signature sufficient?

We sign digitally with a PIN only and it has never been questioned or criticized. We do not print hardcopies but retain the electronic copies for examiner review.
