No template, but a couple of suggestions...set up an internal web site for HR and other "employee only" communication during the disaster along with a listing of all employee cell phone numbers. "In case of emergency contact numbers" should be updated. Verify that payroll can be automatically processed by the 3rd party without submission by bank employee, either using the last payroll submitted or using base pay only processing. Other issues would include health insurance premium payments and other benefits monitoring, but these would be several days even weeks into the business interruption cycle.
