I am having a really bad day and it is only 10:00 a.m.! I just got a notice the FDIC-Chicago moved. I thought this was on the AAN but is Kansas City, MO. Is there anywhere where I need to show this change? I am just drawing a blank.

FDIC Chicago has not physically moved that I'm aware of. The KC address it the address that should have been on your AANs for the past several years and just recently changed (8/7/09 I think was the mandatory compliance date) to appear on your fair housing posters.

According to a SCANS I received this morning, they have moved to a new building. New address is: 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago IL 60606

I haven't received that bulletin. In fact come to think of it I haven't received any SCANS bulletins for quite some time.

I was thinking the same thing...

I had to change our CRA lobby notice because the address was located within. Check your notice and see if the Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection's old address is on it. I couldnt find anything else in our bank that needed updated.

Hey thanks Quincy! I looked at the disclosure on our board and thought it was fine. I looked to quickly though because it does need to change! You just saved me a violation!

I was struggling to find where that address was too, because it sounded so familiar. Only took me half the day but i finally found it. Happy to help.

In checking I have only rec'd one SCAN bulletin this year - came out Monday the 24th. It had 2 attached in the email:
CHIRO 01-2009 Change of Address effective 7/27/09 & CHIRO 02-2009 Disclosure Required Under Transactional Accuotn Guarantee Program.
