If you charge an application fee to cover the appraisal and credit report you would still show those items on the GFE and HUD statment as POC correct?

On the GFE would you include the dollar amount?

On the HUD you would show the dollar amount but not include in in the borrower or seller paid columns. Is this correct?

The head lender is trying to say that we don't have to show any dollar amounts for POC items.
