The first time I saw Dirty Dancing I went with a couple of other single women. There were two couples sitting in the row in front of us. We kept oohing (sp?) and ahing (sp?) blush at the appropriate parts of the movie. The guys kept turning around with grins on their faces while their wives/SOs kept punching them in their sides with their elbows. Well, of course, that made us do it even more! laugh

Point Break is one of my favorite all time movies and I never get tired of watching PS in it. Hope heaven will be a heck of a ride too!

FBH - hang it there, our thoughts are with you.

It was on HBO last night - but it couldn't compete with Cliff Lee's masterful shutout of the Washington Nationals followed by Sons of Anarchy. laugh

I got good news from my doctor yesterday - I have 4 chemo treatments left, but they're taking me off the worst of it. It's called Oxyplatin or something...The other stuff (5FU) I handle pretty easily. Total morale booster! Hopefully, I am in the home stretch and nothing but monitoring afterward!

I always stop to watch 'Next of Kin' when it's on. What a shame. Cancer is terrible. My dad has battled it for years, which of course makes me a little nervous. FBH, if you don't mind me asking, how did you first discover it, or what made you get checked in the first place? I always assumed that you were about my age (not that age matters).
