Last month the OCC issued a bulletin 2001-16 regarding major revisions to article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Unfortunately the two web sites listed do not have samples which are in downloadable form. Does anyone out there have the new article 9 or even better a summary of the recent changes or can you suggest another website other than www.ali.org or www.nccusl.org??? Thanks.
