Truffie...my digital scale weighs in .2 pound increments. It also give me a body fat%. So lovely to wake up to.

Well, up again but only.4 to now have gained back the 2lbs I lost when we started. It could be worse, I could be up 2 instead of even (and I'll keep telling this to myself over and over until I believe it and feel better).

Found out that my leader might no longer be my leader... :sniff: :sniff: We were all like... NO... you can't go! But..we understand if she does need to move on. I just hope we get another fun...inspiratonal one to replace her. A good Leader really can keep her group on the right track!

Well... I do lead my Ambassador team...but haven't obtained the right to be the WW leader.... and... not quiet sure I'd be up for that job.

Anyone want to share low calorie or low carb recipes?

Here is one of my favorites because it tastes like you are cheating!

Meatcrust Pizza
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg or 1/4 c egg beaters
1 small can tomato paste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can olives, chopped
veggies of your choice, chopped
italian seasoning
garlic salt

Mix ground turkey and egg together in bowl, flatten out like a pizza crust on a greased pizza pan. Spread on tomato paste, generously sprinkle with italian seasoning and garlic salt. Top with cheese and rest of toppings. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes(or a little longer). Slice like a pizza - usually has about 6 servings and is really filling!

I also like to buy different flavors of cottage cheese and mix it with chopped veggies or fruits and use it for a filling on baked chicken breast, easy and good! (Pineapple cottage cheese and chopped ham is my favorite)

In my Strappy Heeled Sandals!
Chicken w/broccoli and garlic sauce - from WW

Serves 1 = 7 pts

1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast - cut into 1 inch pieces
dried thyme
salt and paper
1 c frozen broccoli florets
1/2 c ck broth (I use ck base w/water)
1 c cooked brown rice

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; saute one minute. Season chicken with thyme, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until browned, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli; cook 1 minute. Add broth, cover and cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
