Further South than I wanna be.
Would you mind sharing with me what loan documentation software you all use. We are trying to decide if we want to change. Currently are using ARTA and it is no longer fitting our needs.

Hmm. I guess there aren't many others out there. That is the only other one we know of other than what we are using.

FICS Loan Producer. Meshes nicely with the Mortgage Servicer for escrowing. They update regularly and stay ahead of the curve.

Have only had one error on their part in the seven years I've been using it. They took FRB off as a HMDA reporter. I went to do end of year and POOF! it was gone. When I asked them why they said someone told them FRB wasn't a reporter anymore. Ah, yea, right. Wanna tell my examiners that? We got it cleared up.
