Date of application for a construction loan is 8/22/08, we did a modification on 8/27/09 for the perm financing, when completing HDMA LAR, what's the application date?

You don't have one. Construction loans are exempt and so are modifications.

The exception would be if the loan was approved as a construction/perm loan. In that case your application date in 8/08.
