Can a safebox be in the name of a trust? Seems like it wouldn't because the customer is leasing the box it is not property they can own. Of course the property in it is owned by the customer. Any quidance would be appreciated!

Refer to your bank's SDB procedures. If your procedures do not address fiduciary leasees, PM me and I'll send you some suggestions regarding leasing to fiduciaries that I've accumulated over the years. Your management team would then need to decide how they would incorporate this in to their Procedures.
