We have a difference of opinion in our institution. Once we pull a credit report for a customer requesting to open a deposit account, we have always said we are not suppose to provide that customer with a copy of his/her credit report.

We have a new Loan Doc. Prep system that will provide a "Customer Copy" if requested by the user. Is this allowed, is there a difference between providing for a "Deposit" vs "Loan" customer?
