We have received a consumer home equity line application (on our bank's application form) from a borrower that lives and works in the State of Washington. The home is actually located here in California. Do you know if I need to provide them with any disclosures specific to Washington? Thank You for the help.

Since this is RE secured the laws of the state in which the property is located has jourisdiction. The State of Washington would have nothing to say regarding the loan. Unsecured or loans secured by non-real estate would be different.
