We provide HELOC disclosures as part of the application process, however, is there a requirement for providing HELCO borrowers in addition to the disclosure, a brochure called "What You Should Know About Home Equity Lines of Credit" printed by FRB? If, so, where is the requirement located?

Note: our application for HELCO requires the borrowers to sign indicating that they have received both the disclosure and the brochure.
