I'm looking for some feedback as to how other banks handle customer request or bank request Account Type Changes. For instance, customer is abusing the Savings or Money Market transaction limits or the customer requests to change their account type.
Currently, we use a Account Type Change Request Form and have the customer(s) sign a new signautre card. We are juggling the idea of just getting the Account Type Change Request Form signed by the customer and mailing the new disclosures for the new account type to them.
Any ideas or suggestions?
