I've not been involved in a ACH audit since 2006. However, as of today I've been thrown back into that realm and I just found out the last audit done was in 2007.
The audit I did in 2006 was an interview process of the person's overall knowledge of the rules and procedures coupled with reviews of random samplings of contracts and GL tickets. Are there any major changes to the ACH rules I should be concerned about? If there are, a reference would be appreciated. As fate has it we have S&S examiners due here a week from today so I'm kind of under the gun so to speak.
