FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line
Customer is getting home purchase loan - seller paying ALL fees. Our software does not provide a GFE. Is this correct? Should we just pretend that the seller is not paying all fees and produce one?

I'm thinking you should provide a GFE showing zero closing costs. You still have to disclose the hazard insurance as POC. The seller won't be paying that annually.
