Via Facebook I was able to find one of my cousins that I haven't talked to in 20 years. He is german and lives in Frankfurt, Germany. We grew up together while my family was stationed there for 8 years. I found his name and sent him a message. He responded and now we can visit with each other. How neat is that?! We are both so excited.

facebook is cool that it lets you reconnect with people you haven't seen in years. My old high school class has started a group, and of 325 classmates, over half have already signed up. We coordinated 2 informal get togethers this summer. I have also used to to connect with cousins I haven't seen since we were kids...

I, too, am enjoying FB. I just finished talking with a good friend from high school. We are getting reaquainted after letting some things come between us. It's nice. That exact thing is happening to me too. good friend from high school..... getting reaquainted.... stupid things came between us. We are now talking non-stop and have plans to meet for lunch is two weeks.

After reading this, and after listening to my brother talk about FB, I decided to give it a try. I was able to re-connect with an old friend in another state (that I used to live in). We had a really nice chat yesterday. My husband says I am already getting addicted.
