I'm the most popular Halloween costume in Chicago....Steve Bartman!

I have the hat, glasses, earphones, turtleneck, Renegades shirt, and a stick on my back that makes a baseball hang over me (very much like the donkey with a carrot).

OK
A lot of us dressed for Halloween on Monday as we took 10 classes of Pre-K on Halloween tours of the bank - we had trick-or-treat stations where we gave out treats. Then on Tuesday we again gave tours to 10 Kindergarten classes. I wore my witch costume that I made to match my daughter's when she was 4 (she is 15 now!) Today since we are in Oklahoma - some came dressed for Halloween wearing Black and Orange for OSU but I am in my crimson and cream for OU. (I didn't care to look like a pumpkin! Ha!) We are having Bedlam battle today!

We don't get to dress up in my stuffy office...but I have a very dignified business suit on...and hose with glitter witches and halloween cats all over them. I just couldn't resist!

I was just down the street and as I was parking a nun came out of a store, got in a little VW Beetle and let the top down before she backed out. I thought.....this picture doesn't look right! a nun in a convertible.......then I remembered it is Halloween!!!!

I could have dressed up like a college football player, but I was afraid that nobody in Bloomington, In would know what a college football player looked in IU's colors.

Where the heart is
No Halloween dress-up here either. So, I'm dressed as a Banker enjoying Casual Dress Friday.

My best Halloween costume to date was a Telephone.

Next best was as a "banker" complete with pinstripe suite, white shirt and red "power" tie (it was a while back - okay?), briefcase, and hair pulled back and put up short. The odd part of that day was the number of men who kept STARING at me. What? Did I forget to remove my third eye?

The bank I started working for in August is casual all the time - nice change after 15 years. But today, everyone is in a suit & tie. It's "dress like a banker day"...

No dressing up here, either. Tomorrow I am going to a Halloween party as a farmgirl. Not very original, but I forgot all about the party being a costume party until yesterday. It should be fun.

Resent it all you want. Have you seen this "team"? The IU football team is awful. The only victory is over a Div. 1-AA school. Unfortunately it was my college Indiana State.

At least it won't be long until basketball season.

Luckily, I didn't go to school there for the athletics.

I didn't dress for Halloween either. I am usually a judge for the contest.

Some employees here did. They were so funny. Our bookkeeping department dressed as old ladies, complete with the music (Stayin'Alive). They had very large rear ends, wigs, hats, stocking rolled down to just above the knee or the ankle. The slip was hanging below the dress......they were really cute. Our drive in girls dressed as prisoners. They had music also....(Chain Gang). We gave prizes...food for both departments. Then we had others dress individually. We picked the most beautiful and the one who was should I say "ugly". They had a great time.

Man, this has been a terrible day....I'm running over to the bar to see if it is still open....

Don't make me come across the hall!!! But you're right this team is struggling, but remember they have mostly freshmen and sophomores this year.
