Just curious...which department handles the Do Not Call Program at your bank?

Retail is responsible for the policy and the program. compliance keeps them updated on rules. I also wrote the initial policy - but then turned it over to them to keep updated.

Who is responsible for downloading the national registry and take the phone calls and email from customers asking to be removed from your calling list.
