Could anyone tell me exactly what paperwork is needed to open a business account for a dentist.

Ex: John Smith DDS, MS, PC

I am thinking that DBA papers would do but the fact that his name is part of the business name tells me that he does not need paperwork?

Am I correct in the latter?

PC generally indicates a professional corporation. There should be articles. Perhaps also a local business license.

PC stand for Professional Corporation. There should be filed articles of incorporation.
