I can take some comfort though that I did get a great piece of dirt/frontage below market and appraised values... great to be dealing with motivated sellers

Well, thank goodness an asset bubble like this can't happen in commodities.

Come on J, the Fed has said they can spot asset bubbles and will take action against them.

It is easy to spot them when they help create them!

fine for now... they haven't landed on my dirt since summer... I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the sounds of guns going off at dawn on the first day of goose hunting season... put a little smile on my face.

... and I have my life like dead goose decoys ready to go as soon as the snow melts in spring...

cut off some goose heads and stick them on stakes around your yard as a deterent
