Tall order I know, but does anyone have any suggestions on a good training program?

I do not believe there is a "silver bullet" solution for this. There are so many variables to consider, and the recent regulatory changes have muddied the water even further.

IOW - there is no "low hanging fruit" out there for residential mortgages.

For some reason, Presidents and CEO's are fixated on low hanging fruit. Why is that? And who sold them that fantasy?

I don't know - he wants me to send him to a class of some kind. Trouble is - I can't really find one.
