We use the standard case by case funds availability notice notice from the Reg. Are we required to display the cut-off time? How???

In a location
When you say "cut off time" do you mean the end of the banking day. For example, the CSR closes the window at 2:00p 11/10 and then re-opens at 2:30p 11/11 (even though the calendar day is still 11/10).

Such does not need to be disclosed on the hold notice (form). This should be described in your Reg CC disclosure given to the customer at account opening. Also helpful to customers is a little sign displayed (set up when the CSR reopens) to inform the customer that deposits taken at this window/station will be credited on the next business day. That's a 'How'.

Maybe others will give more help.
